API Threading Services
After the integration of Black Gold Oil tools into AJT Engineering we are now capable of machining various grades of steel to API threading standards.
The most common use is a material grade of AISI 4145 material, this is widely used in the manufacture of the down hole equipment and cross over subs that AJT manufacture.
There are many grades that can be used for other components, so this would increase our working potential hugely.
Capabilities
Various steel grades are available within the stock control such as 4130, 4140, 4145, and we even have a ready supply of Nylon material which is used in some machining aspects.
All the material that is held is of the round type both solid and hollow steel.
If it not possible to obtain the material from our stock pile then we have a list of preferred steel vendors that we can purchase from. Giving us the ability to offer quick turn arounds to our clients.
